- My years attending Lane college as an undergradute has given me basic knowledge in C++
- I have developed several programs from basic calculating to more complex algorithms
- My experience with C++ within the classroom has given me a solid foundation with the syntax of this particular programming language
- I was briefly introduced to the Java Programming language my junior year at Lane College
- With my understanding of C++ I was able to apply the similarities to Java and also add the advantages that Java adds to programming
- I developed several programms using Java that included complex algorithms along with basic graphics
- As a senior at Lane College I was introduced to Microsoft Access
- My work in the classroom has left me with an understanding of the this software
- I was challenged to create a database that would run simultaneously with a C++ program to help track the traffic in and out of the campus dormitories
- I was able to to learn he basics of the Perl programming language while I attended Lane College as an undergraduate
- The programs that I wrote code for using Perl utilized how it can be used to test web applications, databases, networking devices, file systems and even desktop applications
